Sparkling Pineapple Smash


  • 5 chunks of fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 of a lemon, juiced
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (+extra for rim)
  • 1.5 oz Georgian Bay Canadian Whisky
  • Sapsucker The Grapefruit One
  • Ice
  • Garnish with lemon slice & thyme


1. In a cocktail shaker, add the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, thyme sprigs and brown sugar. Muddle lightly to break down the pineapple.

2. Add in the Georgian Bay Canadian Whisky and fill with ice. Shake until the glass is frosty on the outside. 

3. Strain into a sugar-rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with Sapsucker and garnish with a slice of lemon and small sprig of thyme.
