A Decade in the Making

Long-time friends and founding partners Denzil Wadds and Tim Keenleyside set out to learn the ins-and-outs of gin production and after years of hard work, 48 different recipes, and many late-night tastings they achieved their goal of capturing the beauty of The Bay in a bottle.

Our Georgian Bay Gin and Vodka has been internationally recognized and won numerous awards and accolades. In 2016 our Gin Smash took the RTD world by storm, and quickly became one of Canada’s best-selling canned cocktails.

As we continue to grow our footprint, the Georgian Bay Distillery Series 10th Anniversary Edition Gin encapsulates the spark and joy Denny and Tim felt when they first had the idea of Georgian Bay Gin. 

Georgian Bay Distillery Series Gin is crafted in micro batches. We slowed down the distillation process to increase the extraction of flavours from our ten carefully selected botanicals. Its gentle notes of citrus and floral undertones dance gracefully on the palate, leaving a lingering, sophisticated finish. Crafted with precision, it is a testament to the artistry of gin-making and we are excited to share this with you. 

Our new Distillery Series will be a rotating offering for gin connoisseurs coming from our Distillery in Collingwood, Ontario. Now available at the LCBO, coming soon to retailers across Canada.
