How long will it take my order to ship?

All orders will be processed within 5 business days from purchase date.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, please refer to your tracking number provided to check when the expected delivery is.

Can I make changes to my address after shipping?

If we have already sent you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, then we cannot make a change to your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to shop@gbspiritco.com 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We will email you a confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Where do you ship?

We can ship merchandise and non-alcoholic products Canada-wide. However, we are unable to ship alcohol directly to consumers outside of Ontario due to interprovincial shipping regulations.

Do you accept returns?
