A classic cocktail with warm notes of whisky and refreshing bright flavours from the citrus and mint.
- 3 Lemon Wedges
- 2 oz Georgian Bay Whisky
- 3/4 oz of Simple Syrup
- 4 Mint leaves (fresh)
Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker.
Add Georgian Bay Whisky, simple syrup, mint leaves, ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy.
